Gilroy Gardens Introduces New Logo

GILROY, CA (November 1, 2011): Gilroy Gardens unveiled a distinctive new logo, which includes the amusement park’s signature “basket tree” along with a Gilroy garlic bulb. The new logo was designed by Gilroy creative firm Articulate Solutions, which also created the award-winning City of Gilroy logo and tagline, “A Community With a Spice for Life.”
Gilroy Gardens Vice President and General Manager Barbara-Lea Granter said, “We are very enthusiastic about the new logo, which ties the gardens to the city while preserving our own identity and icons. We could not have achieved that without the expertise of Articulate Solutions and Kat Filice. We look forward to incorporating the new logo into the redesign of our 152 Highway sign, scheduled to change out for the 2012 season.”
Katherine Filice, Creative Director of Articulate Solutions, said, “Gilroy Gardens is a local treasure and a real asset to our community. We were honored to work with them on this project and help to better align their brand to the City of Gilroy.”
Gilroy Gardens Family Theme Park is a 501(c)(3) organization, run by a local volunteer Board of Directors. Gilroy Gardens’ land and assets are owned by the City of Gilroy.
